And most of the dealerships in my area are clueless when it comes to the rambox, no matter which generation. Who knows why they made this change, but I wasn't happy about it. If they add the bed utility group BEFORE adding the rambox option, you will not get a divider. If you order the truck from a dealer, you will get the divider if they add the bed utility group AFTER adding the rambox option. I went through this when I bought my 2020 Laramie. You no longer get the bed divider with the rambox cargo management system. That's a change which came with the 2019 models. Your dealership is being generous to only charge $600 for it. Are others having this issue? Any suggestions? Is legal action is the next step? Thoughts would be appreciated. To help resolve this, the dealer has told me that to order and install the parts will be $1,418 which he will discount to $600. I was told that on page 20 of the brochure I did not get (in about 6 point type). I asked how I was supposed to know the bed divider was part of the Bed Utility Group.

She replied that RAM is not responsible for it because those things change and the customer is responsible for building their truck. I replied that the local dealer has nothing to do with what their web site says. Tonight I had another call with RAM customer service, working up to the manager, who said there was no one higher to speak with - that it was a local dealer issue. I have spent the past year trying to get RAM to agree that it was supposed to be on my truck. My cousin and his son bought the same truck, and it is on their trucks.
